This sugar free ice cream recipe is for anyone who fancies indulging themselves with something healthy and delicious during the hot summer. In fact as ice cream is not only for hot days we can have it as a dessert any time. It consist only 3 ingredients and it is unbelievably delicious given that it has no added sugar. It serves 4 people but we can easily double or half the amount of the ingredients if we want to have more or less of it.
It’s not even funny that this low carb ice cream is how much ruined by adding sugar to it. It perfectly tastes good and by adding sugar into it adds nothing of value except extra calories and bad reputation to ice cream. Which is actually a healthy treat by nature.
But let’s get to it. Making this healthy ice cream recipe is so ridiculously easy that there shouldn’t be recipe for it. It should be common knowledge thought in schools all across the globe. But then of course all the ice cream vans would go into administration and eventually the economy would collapse. So let’s pretend we keep this low carb ice cream recipe secret.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana (ripe) (or sweetener of choice)
- 8 oz / 200g Frozen raspberries
- 1 cup / 250ml Greek yogurt
How to make raspberry ice cream
- Put peeled banana and frozen raspberries into a bowl then pour the Greek yogurt on top.
- Blend all together well.
- Serve it straight away or put it back into the freezer for no longer than an hour.
