Apple Cinnamon Tea Recipe

Is drinking a cup of Apple cinnamon tea all we need to stay healthy? Let’s find out if we can stop searching for the fountain of youth!

Humans were always dreamed about having powers that are above of their limits. Although many has tried to hack their bodies with all sorts of techniques, we haven’t got further than sharpening our teeth, painting our skin or piercing it with various objects.

How did the role of cinnamon evolve with civilization?

The various mind-altering substances found in the wild probably didn’t help rein the vivid associations between body modifications and supernatural powers. As civilizations developed and people realized that arms provide better protections than face paintings, the requirement to use them had been reduced to a couple of brave-hearted.

Strange painting was offloaded to devices representing houses of great (or less great renown) and were used to differentiate between various groups in the battlefield rather than evoke fear in the hearts of the enemy.

Why does the unimaginable become livable?

Rituals dedicated to supernatural elements haven’t gone from our daily life though, nor the various mind-altering substances aiding them. Not like our creativity would need any aid making up unicorns or manticores but believing that we can be one needs a bit of persuasion.

It’s easy to discard the notion of imaginary beings when their absurdity is relevant to all the listeners of a story. But many things can change when people are desperate for solutions of their problems.

Suddenly, ideas that seemed outrageously ridiculous, became solutions as those are the only ones that are available. People who are keep their skills honed in public speaking are well aware of the effects of fear mongering and their carefully crafted, yet simple seeming answers to them.

How cinnamon influenced new habits?

Marketing campaigns are also extremely efficiently are able to identify people’s unknown problems and offer a simple buyable solution for them. Just think about why we use toothpaste when 99% of cleaning is done by the toothbrush or the actual unhealthiness of shower gels and soap for the skin.

Easy sounding solutions offered by someone else to solve problems that we aren’t capable of solving on our own, be it skyrocketing our economy or saving our life are far from viable options. If all the things were so easy to solve as building a wall or chewing tree barks, then we were still living in our huts in the middle of the jungle, painting our faces to keep the bad spirits away.

Luckily, we are over that part of our history, but it seems that many of us find getting rid of the old habits hard, thus keep dragging it into our life and into our kitchen. Luckily, many of them aren’t that painful as teeth sharpening and some of them tastes great in cakes and drinks.

Are all Cinnamon created equal?

Cinnamon is good for so many health problems that’s a miracle someone hasn’t touted it as a superfood, making us mix it with avocado to give eternal life. It may be something to do with the fact that cinnamon can be slightly toxic due to the compound named coumarin that actually gives its flavor.

Luckily, the so called true or Ceylon variety has much lower of this stuff so we can still be superhumans, but the catch is that supermarkets tend to sell the cheaper variety cassia with the higher amount of coumarin.

Taking high amount of coumarin can cause as many problems as its health benefits cassia cinnamon can provide, equaling us out to normal humans or sometimes even less to that.

Before spooning up on cinnamon, make sure it’s the Ceylon variety and even then, don’t overdo it, the spirits of our ancestors maybe won’t but our liver will be grateful for us.Apple cinnamon tea recipe - SunCakeMom
