Raspberry syrup made in the coziness of our kitchen almost in the flash of an eye. Well, filtering the thing through may take some time but worth the try!

  • 10 oz / 300g Raspberries
  • Honey or sweetener of choice to taste
  • ΒΌ cup / 100ml Water
  1. Put raspberries in a medium size saucepan.
  2. Pour in water and sweetener as well.
  3. Put the saucepan on the cooktop on medium heat and bring it to boil whilst stirring it occasionally.
  4. When it boils lower the heat and cook it on low heat for about half an hour until it thickens.
  5. Get a bowl and a sieve to pour juice into the sieve.
  6. Press juice through the sieve to get the seedless syrup at the end.
  7. Store syrup in the fridge before using it up.
