Let these sugar free chocolate chips cookies shine light on the day. An easy to make classic with a touch of honey and vanilla to fill up the cookies jar.

Kitchen utensils:
  • Medium size mixing bowl
  • Tray
  • Baking paper
  • Wooden spoon
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Fork
  • Scale
  • 2⅔ cup / 300g Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 Egg medium
  • 7 tablespoon / 100g Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup / 100ml Milk
  • 4 oz / 100g Chocolate chip
  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC / 356°F
  2. Prepare tray by putting baking paper into it.
  3. Measure flour and pour it into the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix baking powder into the bowl.
  5. Measure and dice butter. If it’s too hard, put it into the microwave oven for 10-15 seconds 400W to make it softer.

  6. Add egg, butter, honey and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix all of it together, slowly add the milk into the mixture. Dough it until we get an even mixture. To do this step, we can use a wooden spoon or our hands.

  7. Pour the chocolate chips into the mixture.
  8. Use tablespoons or by hand make piles of cookie dough on the tray. One tablespoon per cookie.

  9. Fill the tray with the cookies.
  10. Put the tray into the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
