Savoy Cabbage Soup Recipe
Quick and easy savoy cabbage soup that is low in calories and high in nutrition. It's gluten free, keto friendly, paleo and still manages to be tasty! Wow!

/ 150ml Cooking oil
Spanish chorizo or Wieners
/ 250g Savoy cabbage
/ 1.8l Water
Sour cream per dish for serving
Pour oil into a cooking pot and heat it up.
Add diced onion, carrots, celery and salt.
Saute it until it gets a glassy, translucent look for about 3 - 5 minutes.
Add the black pepper, garlic and the carrots.
Saute until garlic gets fragrant. This takes about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the tomato, chorizo and sliced cabbage.
Pour the water into the pot then add the optional paprika and bay leaf into it. Finally put the lid on and bring it to boil.
Cook it ready on low heat in 10 minutes or until the desired texture is achieved. Mind that savoy cabbage won't go mushy like normal cabbage does.
Add a teaspoon of sour cream to the dish when serving.
