Place the Brussels sprouts into an oven safe dish. If frozen, no need to thaw. Drizzle it with some oil, salt, pepper and any other optional spices.
Put them into the middle rack of a 400°F/200°C oven and roast until golden brown spots start to appear on top and the middle gets soft, about 20 - 25 minutes for fresh and 60 - 90 for frozen ones.
