Instructions
Knead flour, milk, butter, salt, yeast and optional sweetener of choice together to a uniform texture dough. Sweeteners are really optional because we are making a bread here not a dessert but if we are after a real factory made sandwich bread, adding some sort of sweetener will be necessary.
Form the dough into a ball. Lightly greased hands may help keep the dough from sticking to our hands.
Cover the dough then place it into a 68°F – 81°F /20°C – 27°C corner until it doubles, about 60 - 90 minutes.
Take the dough out onto a lightly oiled surface and form it into a log that fits into our bread baking mold.

Place the dough into the middle rack of a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven until the inner temperature reaches 210°F / 99°C which should happen when the top gets golden brown, about 30 - 40 minutes.
