Condensed Milk Recipe vs Evaporated Milk Recipe
Condensed milk or evaporated milk will make our cakes taste better? The answer as always lies in the detail or rather in the sugar.

Evaporated milk

Quick condensed milk

/ 250ml Milk

/ 250g Milk powder

¼cup / 50g Sugar

Instructions
Evaporated milk or condensed milk
Measure all the ingredients and pour them into a saucepan then heat it.
Stir it until it starts to boil then Reduce the heat to low.
Now leave saucepan with the milk in low heat for about an hour, stir occasionally. The purpose is to reduce the amount of the milk in quarter.
When it's reduced and the amount is about 1 cup / 250ml, turn off the heat and leave in to cool a little bit before blend it together with the butter.
Store it in the fridge. Use it up within a week.
Quick condensed milk
Bring milk to boil on a medium to low heat while stirring frequently.
Gradually stir in the rest of the ingredients on low heat.
When all the ingredients are added bring the milk to boil then take it off heat.
Let it cool off then pour it into an airtight container. Store it in the fridge. Use it up within a week.
