1tablespoonExtra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonLemon juice

Instructions
Quinoa
Rinse the quinoa under running water.
Pour quinoa and water into a pot. Put the lid on and bring water to boil on high heat.
Once boiling point is reached, reduce heat and cook quinoa until the desired consistency, for about 10 - 15 minutes. Let it cool off before mixing it with the salad.
Salad
Dice or slice up the chosen ingredients then put them into a mixing bowl.
