Prepare water in a glass with two spoons next to the working table. Dip the spoons into the water before each dollop. Spoon out the desired sized dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
For nice looking biscuits use something to shape the dough like a scone ring. Don't forget to dip it in water too! Smooth the top of the biscuits with a wet spoon.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place the keto biscuits into a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven until golden brown spots start to appear, 15 - 20 minutes.
