4oz/ 100g Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt or Cottage cheese
1cup/ 250ml Milk of choice
Place strawberries, sliced up banana, yogurt, and chia seed into the blender. Strawberry leaves are edible and has plenty of health benefits including alleviate arthritis pain so it’s not necessary to remove them.
Don't forget the milk.
Cover and blend on high speed for about half a minute until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
