Almond flour
Mix all the ingredients together. We get a slimy soft dough.
Make it into a ball then cut it into 8.
Roll them into balls.
Place one piece between two parchment paper then flatten it by a rolling pin or simply press it down with a flat bottom dish.
Carefully peel the parchment paper off. It tends to stick and tear at the edges.
Use a non stick pan on medium heat to fry both sides until golden brown spots start to appear, 2 minutes each side.
Coconut flour
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour a quarter cup or so batter into a medium hot frying pan. Run it around the skillet.
Fry both sides until golden brown spots start to appear, 2 minutes each side.
