Whisk creme cheese until creamy. Add yogurt, vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.
Beginner dough
Mix all the ingredients together, preferably with an electric whisk.
Gather the dough into a ball. We probably need to oil our hands for this.
Place a parchment paper onto a working surface and roll the dough out. Thicker dough will result in thicker layers while thin dough will make thin layers.
Spread the filling on top. Alternatively, simply sprinkle the cinnamon and sweetener on top of the dough, leaving the butter out.
Roll the dough up.
Cut the roll into 1" / 2.5cm slices.
Place the cinnamon rolls onto a parchment paper layered baking tray.
Put them into a 390°F / 200°C preheated oven until golden brown spots start to appear, about 15 - 20 minutes. If short on time, just microwave them at max for 45 - 90 seconds a pop.
