After a nice walk in the frosty air what could be better to warm us up? Healthy homemade tea from easily accesible ingredients straight from our kitchen.

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 4 cup / 2000ml Hot water
  1. Slice and de-seed half of the orange and lemon, squeeze the other half into a cup.
  2. Chuck the cinnamon, cloves, mint, sliced orange and lemon into a big jug whilst boiling a kettle of water.
  3. When water boiled simply pour it into the jug and leave it for at least for 5 minutes before the orange and lemon juice added too. Now it's ready to drink!
