Evaporated milk

Condensed milk

Quick condensed milk
1cupMilk
2cupsMilk powder

Instructions
Evaporated milk
Measure all the ingredients and pour them into a saucepan then heat them up.
Stir until it starts to boil then reduce the heat to low.
Simmer until the volume of the milk is reduced at least about 60% of its original volume.
If any optional ingredient is used, let the milk cool off a bit before blending them together. Store it in the fridge. Use it up within a week.
Condensed milk
Measure all the ingredients and pour them into a saucepan then heat them up.
Stir until it starts to boil then reduce the heat to low.
Blend in sugar and any optional ingredients if used. If consistency isn't as expected simmer until the the desired thickness is achieved. Keep in mind that as the mixture cools it will thicken up somewhat. Store it in the fridge.
Quick condensed milk
Bring milk to boil on a medium to low heat while stirring frequently.
Gradually stir in the rest of the ingredients on low heat.
When all the ingredients are added bring the milk to boil then take it off heat.
Let it cool off then pour it into an airtight container. Store it in the fridge. Use it up within a week.
