This super simple strawberry smoothie with banana and yogurt is an easy, still healthy option for breakfast or afternoon snack.

  • 4 oz / 100g Strawberries
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 4 oz / 100g Plain yogurt
  • 1 cup / 250ml Milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Chia seed
  1. Place strawberries, sliced up banana, yogurt, milk and chia seed into the blender.

  2. Cover and blend on high speed for about half a minute until smooth
  3. Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
