Remove the cauliflower leaves and take it into florets.
Take into small bite sized florets, pour oil or add butter then sprinkle all the spices and herbs we want to use on them. Cover the dish and shake until all florets are evenly covered.
Alternatively just slice them up, brush them with oil then sprinkle the desired ingredients evenly on top.
Place them into a 390°F / 200°C oven until golden brown spots start to appear on the florets or desired texture achieved, 30 - 60 minutes.
