Medium size mixing bowl
Tray
Baking paper
Wooden spoon

Ingredients:
2⅔cup/ 300g Flour
1tablespoonBaking powder
1Eggmedium
7tablespoon/ 100g Butter
3tablespoonHoney or sweetener of choice
1teaspoonVanilla extract
½cup/ 100ml Milk
4oz/ 100g Chocolate chip
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC / 356°F
Prepare tray by putting baking paper into it.
Measure flour and pour it into the mixing bowl.
Mix baking powder into the bowl.
Measure and dice butter. If it’s too hard, put it into the microwave oven for 10-15 seconds 400W to make it softer.
Add egg, butter, honey and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix all of it together, slowly add the milk into the mixture. Dough it until we get an even mixture. To do this step, we can use a wooden spoon or our hands.
Pour the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Use tablespoons or by hand make piles of cookie dough on the tray. One tablespoon per cookie.
Fill the tray with the cookies.
Put the tray into the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
