  • 7 tablespoons / 100g Butter
  • 3 tablespoons / 60g Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2½ cup / 300g Flour

  • ½ cup / 100g Water or milk (coconut milk works even better)

Icing

  • 1 tablespoon / 15g Butter
  • 3 tablespoons / 25g Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons / 40g Honey or sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup / 100g Milk
  • ½ teaspoon / 2.5g Rum aroma (optional)

Coating

  • 1 cup / 200g Desiccated coconut

How to make Lamingtons

  4. Meanwhile make the coating:
